• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Geographic Location: Our Services are intended for Indonesian residents. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of local laws.
• Account Limits: You may only register one Account. Multiple Accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

4.2 Account Security and Credentials

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify raya4d if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.

You acknowledge that any activity conducted through your Account will be considered to have been authorized by you. raya4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials or from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

4.3 Account Suspension and Termination

raya4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• We detect fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward other Users or raya4d staff.
• You use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantages.
• Your Account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Upon Account closure, you will forfeit any pending bonuses, promotional credits, and winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activities. raya4d will return the remaining legitimate balance in your Account after deducting any applicable fees, provided you have completed KYC verification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

raya4d supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 100,000,000, subject to change at raya4d's discretion.

Deposits via bank transfer during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Off-hours deposits are processed on the next business day. E-wallet deposits are generally instant but may be subject to delays due to third-party processing times. raya4d is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions and Processing

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal.
• Anti-money laundering regulations require that deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours to process.

Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law. Accounts involved in money laundering attempts will be immediately closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

raya4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. 6.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

raya4d has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotions ("syndicate play").
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., opposite bets on roulette red and black).

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings confiscated, and Accounts permanently closed. raya4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and pursue legal action in cases of fraud.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 General Gaming Rules

By participating in games on raya4d, you agree to:

• Play all games fairly and in good faith without attempting to manipulate outcomes.
• Not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
• Not exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to your advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of errors are void and must be reported immediately.
• Not engage in collusion with other players or fraudulent activity of any kind.
• Accept that all game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in live dealer games, by the dealer's actions and physical equipment, all of which are independently audited for fairness.

7.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, badminton, and other sports:

• All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports authority.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• raya4d reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started if an unfair advantage was gained.
• Live betting odds update in real-time; bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is accepted by the system.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, or any other matter, you agree to contact raya4d customer support within 30 days of the disputed transaction. We will investigate all disputes fairly and promptly. raya4d's decision on disputes is final and binding. Game provider records and system logs are considered the authoritative source for resolving disputes.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

raya4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a specified period.
